The COVID-19 pandemic has brought into sharp focus the gap between clinician expectations of our industry versus what we deliver.

 

This has accelerated the need to engage optimally with our customers within Healthcare more so than any event in the last 10 years.

We seek a symbiotic relationship and yet we are often seen as adding little value and just trying to “push” our agenda.

This means we are at a critical crossroads – we now have the opportunity to make some different decisions and be bold and innovative in our approach.
